You can distribute the software only as an integral part of your own solutions(s) (“YOUR SOFTWARE”). YOUR SOFTWARE must add significant and primary functionality to the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE’s source code may be distributed as an integral part of those solution(s) in COMPILED form only.

YOUR SOFTWARE may not, in the reasonable opinion of FiniteSoft, compete with the SOFTWARE, or any other FiniteSoft product.

You ensure that the SOFTWARE is not distributed in any form that allows it to be reused by any application other than YOUR SOFTWARE.

Your END-USERS are not allowed to use the SOFTWARE for development purposes or further redistribution and deployment.

You are not allowed to disassemble, decompile or "unlock", decode or otherwise reverse translate or engineer, or attempt in any manner to reconstruct or discover any source code or underlying algorithms of SOFTWARE provided in object code form only.

You are not allowed to use, copy, modify, or merge copies of the SOFTWARE and any accompanying documents except as permitted in this LICENSE.

Under no circumstances may any portion of the SOFTWARE’s source code or any modified version or derivative work of the source code be distributed, disclosed or otherwise made available to any third party.

You may not expose, document or make public the SOFTWARE API (Application Programming Interface) and SOFTWARE DLLs (Dynamic Link Libraries).

You acknowledge that the SOFTWARE’s source code contains valuable and proprietary trade secrets of FiniteSoft. All individuals employed by or belonging to your entity agree to expend every effort to insure its confidentiality.

The SOFTWARE’s source code is sold as is. FiniteSoft does not provide technical support for modified source code.

The product that you produce and/or distribute is NOT a software development product, a product that is sold primarily to software developers or system integrators or a development environment of any kind. Please contact FiniteSoft for special commercial licensing provisions in these circumstances.

The software serial number and user must be registered with FiniteSoft in order to receive premium support or distribution rights.

TERM - You may terminate your License and this Agreement at anytime by destroying all copies of the Product and Product Documentation. They will also terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition in this Agreement.

LIMITED WARRANTY - This software and documentation are sold "as is" without any warranty as to their performance, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The licensee assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software. In no event shall FiniteSoft or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, development, production, or delivery of this software be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, benefits, use, or data resulting from the use of this software, or arising out of any breach of warranty.
